Kosha Walking Meditation

This 15-minute meditation focuses on the outer 3 koshas (ananamaya, pranamaya & manomaya) and can be used while you are walking.  Place on earbud in your ear and walk somewhere without traffic or other hazards.  You can walk for as long as you want after the recording ends, staying present and enjoying sensations and stimuli, inside and out.
