There is a transforming freedom that comes from setting meaningful intentions. When we receive the gift of our intention, the original desire falls away. For example, if you work with an intention to have abundance in your life, thinking that this will bring money and material things to you, you will find that having abundance actually transmutes the desire for ‘things.’ If you want humility and work with an intention to be egoless, there will no longer be an awareness of being humble. …
As long as our intention is to achieve or obtain something, it is tied to attachment, and even if we are granted our desire, the having will fall short, and the desire will continue. If our intention is for non-attachment, we will find ongoing
If we work to manifest money, we may obtain it, but still feel an attachment to it and live defining abundance by its presence. If we manifest a spirit of abundance, we will feel a fullness in life regardless of material posessions.
If we manifest a relationship with another, we may obtain it and feel an attachment to having the object of our desire in our lives. If we manifest contentment, we will be fine with or without another person.
If we manifest happiness, we may be granted it for a season, but as with all things, it will come and go. If we manifest joy, we will feel it’s light regardless of what comes our way.
