What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. If your comment is complementary, we may include it in our quote collection, along with your first name and location.
When you fill out a contact form, we receive an email containing your comments/questions and contact information. We use this information to reply to your comments/questions.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We use analytics to see the overall activity on the site: total count of visitors, count of repeat visitors, screens accessed, percent of visitors who purchased products, etc. We do not dive down to an individual level when reviewing site activity.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data outside YoGo on the Go. We do, from time to time, provide support personnel from reputable software vendors administrative access to troubleshoot and resolve WordPress plug-in issues. This type of access is removed as soon as the issue is resolved.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Note that while you enter a credit card to purchase our products, that information is passed directly to Square and we do NOT retain it.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request that we erase any or all personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your contact information
Contact information entered as part of your user account is retained in the system. If you opt-in to our newsletters or other correspondence, your first name, last name, and email address will be stored in Mailchimp and used for that purpose. You may unsubscribe to emails at any time (there is an unsubscribe option at the bottom of each email).
How we protect your data
We use strong passwords and Cleantalk to protect our site from automated spamming and other forms of site hacking. We utilize SSL to further safeguard our site. Other WordPress security plug-ins are active and configured to keep the site, and your data, safe. We also use Siteground Security to regularly scan our site for malware. As for your credit card information, we only request your phone number (otional) and email address – all other billing information is input directly into PayPal, who is PCI compliant.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We monitor the site for any signs of malicious activity and take appropriate action when it is observed. If we believe your account or data has been compromised, we will inform you via email.
What third parties we receive data from
While we connect you directly to PayPal for donation and retreat payments, we have no other APIs active at this time. We are careful to use recognized businesses for these types of services.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We use overall customer buying trends to make decisions regarding future marketing plans. We may also use this data to reward frequent customers with special deals or incentives.
