I often tell people that the most important conversations you need to have with yourself are often in a language you may not speak nor understand. The iRest co-meditation dyad is a rich, interactive meditation method that allows you to have these conversations, uncovering the messages that your heart has for you. We’ll follow body sensations, emotions, thoughts, memories, images and beliefs to their core, uncovering the message within.
A typical co-meditation dyad session lasts 60 minutes, with the actual meditation lasting about 40-45. Even if you have never meditated before, you will find this method WORKS! It is effective in-person or over the phone.
