A typical co-meditation dyad session lasts 60 minutes, with the actual meditation lasting about 40-45.  Even if you have never meditated before, you will find this method WORKS!  It is effective in-person or over the phone.

I am an iRest Level 2 teacher, working on my certification.  I have done literally 100s of group yoga nidra meditations, trained in Satyananda Saraswati and iRest and advanced certified in Amrit.  I am passionate about yoga nidra group and private meditation practices because they help us uncover what already lies within us:  unchanging peace, safety, strength, and resiliency.

Join me for a one-on-one 60-minute iRest co-meditation dyad.  This powerful interactive meditation method will help you uncover the messages your heart has for you, enabling you to tap into them and glean needed insight.  This session can be done in-person or over the phone.

Lots of people tell me that they don’t meditate much, that they are anxious right now or list other reasons why they are not sure this process will work for them.  But the magic is that it always does!  If you have any questions, give me a call!

    My iRest Meditation session with Carin was a unique and wonderful experience. I had no idea what to expect and let myself surrender to the process and Carin’s soft and soothing voice.
