iRest co-meditation dyads are a wonderful way to sense and welcome whatever is present for you. Through this deeply personal practice, you’ll learn to tap into the deep language of your inner self, uncovering messages that are waiting to be acknowledged and embraced.
As your partner, I will hold the space for you, following beside you and reflecting back your journey as you travel through sensations, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that are offering themselves to be heard.
