Let the mountains hold you.

Let the silence speak.

And let yourself remember.

Come home.

In Guidance and Grace
Carin standing out by peanut lake

Hi! I’m Carin Lockhart, your yogi guide.

Several years ago, I led my first retreat in my hometown of Crested Butte. Since then, I’ve had the joy of guiding gatherings across some of Colorado’s most beautiful and soul-nourishing landscapes. This year, I’m especially excited to bring us to a truly special venue—tucked into nature, offering both lodging and meals, and close to charming towns and orchards. It’s an ideal setting for deep restoration, inward reconnection, and shared community.

This retreat is shaped around four essential elements of the soul journey: creating space, cultivating curiosity, setting intention, and honoring the thresholds that guide our path. Through Soul Journey Practice sessions, we move gently through each stage—softening old patterns, awakening curiosity, clarifying intention, and honoring what has been released and claimed through sacred ceremony.

Our work is supported by meditation, journaling, intuition practices, sound, movement, and the shared wisdom of circle—helping you realign with the vibrant truth of who you are, rooted in where you’ve been and open to who you’re becoming.

I’m also delighted to share that Kaitlyn Seifert, a fellow CB yoga teacher,  will be joining us this year, offering morning and afternoon flow classes on the beautiful wraparound deck.

Yoga is my passion because it reconnects us with our essential humanness and reminds us that we come from love—and that we are love. I’m a certified E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, trained in three lineages of Yoga Nidra meditation, and a certified Intuitive Practitioner, Reiki Master, Biofield Tuner, and Life Coach. I look forward to sharing this experience with you.

It’s going to be magical. 🌿

Energy Practitioners

I’m delighted to share that some of my favorite energy practitioners will be joining us during the retreat, offering optional one-on-one sessions for retreat yogis.

Adriana Grieco will be offering Reiki sessions throughout the retreat. Her work is deeply nurturing and supportive, and I’m so grateful to have her healing presence woven into our community. Amy Bright will be sharing her Ortho-Bionomy® practice, offering gentle, restorative bodywork that supports release, balance, and deep ease.

These optional offerings are a beautiful way to further support your healing and integration during our time together. More beloved practitioners will be introduced soon!
