So… have you created your gratitude bowl (see the Energy Tool tab)? Consider adding a stone you found on a walk, one that evokes memories of a day well-spent. Or perhaps a feather that appeared mysteriously, as feathers often do. You can write a prayer or quote on a small piece of paper and roll it tightly, tucking it into the mix. Maybe insert a seashell you found on the shore, or an earring you love that has lost its mate. A dash of your favorite essential oil can add a bit of extra something. Let your bowl be something that delights your senses and your heart.
